Raw Choc Avocado Mousse
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 400g of coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (20g)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla paste
- sprinkle of sea salt
- Place all ingredients into an electric mixer and blitz on high until thoroughly combined. The time will depend on your machine.
- Refrigerate to set.
