Description:

Fine tune motor skills, increase confidence and make new workout buddies along the way.

Our FitKIDZ sessions are designed to introduce children to exercise in a non intimidating environment, where they learn that exercise is fun.

Sessions may include but are not limited to fitness based games, boxing, oz tag, and body weight strength exercises to improve overall health and fitness.
