The 4 week Body Shred Challenge is a 4 week Personalised Training Program designed to generate RESULTS.
The focus of the Challenge is to instill healthier, holistic, lifestyle habits for optimal wellbeing.

HOW IT WORKS
Once accepted into the challenge, you will be appointed a Personal Trainer Accountability Coach.
Your Coach will oversee your Challenge journey and keep you on track to success.
WEEK 0 – Personal Trainer Accountability Coach Consultation
Prior to the challenge, you will meet with your Hematime Fitness Personal Trainer Accountability Coach for a Goal Setting Session. During this appointment you will undergo an in depth Body Composition Analysis of body fat, muscle mass and other measurements for your coach to get a better understanding of your current body composition.
You’ll set a 4 week goal to achieve by the end of the challenge, and your coach will set out the necessary Training Schedule and Meal Plan required to successfully accomplish your goal.
‘Failing to plan, is planning to fail’.
WEEK 1-4 – Training Begins
Time to sweat it out!
You’ll execute the Training Schedule and Meal plan as set out in Week 0.
Throughout the Challenge, your Personal Trainer Accountability Coach will check in regularly to see how you’re progressing and will make and necessary adjustments to your Training Schedule and Meal Plan if required.
It’s all about YOUR RESULTS!
WEEK 4 – Results Consultation
At the end of week 4, your Personal Trainer Accountability Coach will conduct the final Body Composition Analysis to measure your success.
