Our Muay Thai Kickboxing, technique focused, combo packed class improves striking technique with punches, elbows, knees and kicks for an authentic Kickboxing experience.

Rip60

Duration: 30 mins

This 30 mins total body blitz improves overall physique whilst increasing fitness and strength in this moderate to high intensity calisthenic (bodyweight) workout.

TwerkFIT
